HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training classes are our fitness front-loaded, low barrier entry to martial arts training. In each high energy class, students work all of the major muscle groups in the body through movements inspired by Ju Ki Do training. These complete workouts boost caloric burn, tone muscle, burn fat, and allow students to develop new physical skillsets including balance, coordination, agility, speed, and power.
Classes are taught by Ju Ki Do students who ensure proper technique and injury reducing progressions. All techniques and exercises are presented with modification levels allowing the student to take responsibility for increasing or decreasing intensity to match their personal fitness level. In this manner, anyone can complete the workout.
